2010 Program Guidelines
A. Programs should have timely, interesting topics and speakers which
maximize the draw of people in the commercial real estate industry and
promote the goals of The Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
B. Programs should be of a quality and nature to encourage membership.
C. Programs should be designed so that companies will want to take
advantage of the sponsorship opportunity as a viable method of advertisement
for the company.
D. Programs are a major source of income for the Council. They should be
structured so that they make money for the Council, or at the worst break-
even.
E. Speakers’ cost should be kept at a minimum as much as possible.
