2025 was a defining year for the Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
Together, our members strengthened RECSA’s presence at City Hall, Bexar County, and the State Capitol—ensuring the commercial real estate industry remained a central voice in shaping San Antonio’s growth. From playing a pivotal role in the passage of Propositions A and B to securing industry representation on the SAWS and CPS Energy boards, RECSA continued to advocate for policies that support a clear, consistent, and workable development environment. We also worked closely with City staff to navigate new state laws impacting the Unified Development Code and championed an implementation process that is practical and transparent.
Beyond advocacy, 2025 marked a year of meaningful growth for our organization. We welcomed a record number of new members, expanded our partnership with Alamo Colleges to support the skilled trades, and launched new programs designed to cultivate emerging leaders and strengthen collaboration across the industry. Our community Project initiative continued to make a tangible impact—highlighting how RECSA members contribute to the broader San Antonio community beyond the development process itself.
This Annual Report reflects the collective efforts, leadership, and commitment of our new members. We are proud of what we accomplished together in 2025 and energized by the momentum we carry into 2026.
