PRESIDENT’S COLUMN, Hello, 2023!
As your current RECSA President, I’d like to thank Fernando Diego, 2022 RECSA President, for doing a fantastic job leading the organization last year… 2022 was challenging due to the non-stop barrage of issues we had to encounter. From UDC amendments, Climate Action and Adaptation Plan & benchmarking policy, Good Night Good Night Construction Site, SARA LID Manual update, Supply chain issues, Short Term Rental CCR, Gas Station IB, Sign Code, I-Code updates, SAWS USR Updates, SAWS Tri-lateral agreement revisions, and the Deconstruction Ordinance, RECSA members were hard at work making sure that all these initiatives resulted in good policy… As always, we’ll continue to meet with COSA Development Services, Bexar County, SAWS, CPS, SARA and keep in touch with other regulatory agencies on a regular basis…
