The focus of the RECSA Government Affairs Committee in January was to be centered around the Unified Development Code amendments… The proposed 2022 UDC amendments are scheduled to be submitted to boards and commissions during the summer and then adopted in November.… On top of focusing on the upcoming UDC amendments, we’ve worked with CPS Energy, SAWS, and SARA…
